It is honorable news for the Uzbek scientists that you have recognized as “Foreign statesman of the year” by Turkish financial-economical publisher Turcomoney. Also, you have named as "Man of the year" in Asia by Asian Journalist’s association. It brought us joy, inspiration and enthusiasm.

We always feel your support and help to establish Center of Genomics and bioinformatics. During today’s performs, your special attention to our studies and your confidence to the scientists will give more motivation and pushing us for more work on ourselves.

Today, Uzbekistan is strengthening the relations of friendship with neighbor and foreign countries by your strong activities. This, in turn, contributes to the development of Uzbek science and its worldwide discoveries. The development of science requires the study of international experience and integration of multidisciplinary interdisciplinary integration initiatives into new discoveries.
