Scientific Council has been hosted in the Center. A report on decree, signed by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev - "Uzbekistan's Development Strategy for 2017-2021" was presented.
Five priority areas of Uzbekistan’ Development strategy for 2017-2021 were expound:
I. Priority areas for improving the system of state and public construction
II. Priority areas for ensuring the rule of law and further reforming the judicial system
III. Priority areas of economic development and liberalization
IV. Priority areas of development of the social sphere
V. Priority areas in the field of security, inter-ethnic harmony and religious tolerance, as well as the implementation of balanced, mutually beneficial and constructive foreign policy
