In our Republic, the capacity of cultivating fields of cotton varieties “Porloq” increases year after year. In the current year 2017, “Porloq-1” is grown after respective plans in Sirdarya region in areas of more than 4,100 hectares.

Junior researcher of the Center B.K. Rakhmanov has visited the farms in Sirdarya region, which are cultivating cotton variety “Porloq-1” that created by scientists of our Center using modern biotechnologies.

He got acquainted with the work of farmers, carrying out agrotechnical activities to grow “Porloq-1”. B.K. Rakhmanov studied the existing problems and positive trends, as well as he presented to farmers the necessary recommendations for solving the existing problems.
