The Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a scientific council dedicated to the celebration of the 25-th anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The poet Elsevar Zikrilla Nemat was invited to the council.
