The concept was developed in order to determine priorities, deepen fundamental and applied research, ensure continuity of fundamental, applied and innovative stages of development, accelerate the production of new biotechnological products and their commercialization, train a new generation of scientists and highly qualified specialists designed to solve scientific and production tasks of increasing the competitiveness of biotechnological products in Uzbekistan, pool potential and coordinate efforts to achieve the world-class development of biotechnology.
