January 23, 2018Behzod Z. Dolimbek, a professor at a Faculty at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, (Texas, USA) visited our Center. A compatriot received a personal invitation from the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev within a meeting in New York with a group of our compatriots living in the United States of America, highly qualified specialists in the fields of science, economics and medicine. 
First Deputy Director, Buriev Z.T. acquainted the guest with the scientific activities and developments carried out at our Center.
At the seminar, Behzod Dolimbek, a specialist in the field of chemistry and immunology, presented the results of his work on the study of botulinum toxin: ‘’Full Antigenic Structure of Botulinum Neurotoxins A and B. Locations of Molecular Regions Recognized by antibodies Evidence How Blocking Antibodies Neutralize Their Neurotoxic Activity’’.
In addition, he shared his future plans for conducting research in Uzbekistan. An interesting conversation took place with the staff of the Center with discussions on the prospects for possible cooperation.
