THE TWO MONOGRAPHS OF THE ACADEMIC ABDURAKHMONOV I.Yu.

June 20 th, 2018 year  in the publishing house IntechOpen under the Editorship of Academician Abdurakhmonov I.Yu. Two new monographs "Genotyping" and "Bioinformatics in the Era of Post Genomics and Big Data" (Bioinformatics in the Post genomics and Large Data Era) have been published in English.

The "Genotyping" monograph provides readers with an overview of genotyping basics, available approaches and record, as well as new, inexpensive, high-performance genotyping tools and genotype data processing with examples of genotyping in some organisms.

Bioinformatics has changed significantly in the era of post genomics and "Big data". Huge success has been achieved in the field of storage, processing, extraction, comparison, extraction, clustering and analysis, as well as visualization of large macromolecular data using new computational approaches, machine and in-depth training methods and web server tools. The monograph "Bioinformatics in the Era of Post Genomics and Big Data" presents new approaches in analyzing genomic data, modeling data and system tools based on networks.
