It is approved by the Resolution of the President Shavkat Mirziyoev dated January 25 "On the memory perpetuation of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov."

Decision is taken "based on sincere wishes and our citizens expression, given the great historical achievements of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Hero of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov in acquiring of the national independence, ensuring the country's development and prosperity, in order to perpetuate his blessed memory."
