The new database was named ELINE INDEX, and its developer and creator is the "E-LINEPRESS" company, which is the official representative and partner of foreign publishers, world producers of electronic resources. Its team consists of highly qualified specialists in information, electronic, library and scientific fields. This company has several successful projects implemented jointly with the National Library of Uzbekistan named after A. Navoi and the Committee for the Coordination of Science and Technology under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, as a result of which Uzbek citizens gained access to international library resources, which are in demand by scientists for scientific research. 

Among other initiatives of the company is the formation of the first independent evaluation database in various scientific and educational sectors, this is the rating of scientific publications, scientists, universities, colleges, lyceums, schools and other scientific and educational institutions ELINE INDEX, as well as an electronic library of scientific journals, newspapers, books and other information resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan named ELINE LIBRARY.
