The Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov started a Youth Week of Science
The first within the framework of the program of the week was a scientific and practical conference on "The role of intellectual youth in the development of science and technology."
The conference heard reports on engineering systems, mechanics and engineering technologies, energy saving technologies and renewable energy sources, engineering geology and mining, oil and gas industry, chemical technologies and industrial ecology, economics, management and marketing, fundamental science.
More than 400 talented young men and women presented their scientific research, technical projects and developments.
Competitions "Best Innovative Idea" and "Best Report" will be held within the framework of the week. They will be actively participated by gifted university students. The most relevant and scientifically significant projects will be recommended for participation in the 10th Republican Fair of Innovative Ideas, Technologies and Projects.
Sultonbek Erkinov is one of the talented students of the university. In 2015, he, with his development "Robot controlled from a mobile phone," won the contest "Yurt Kelajagi", conducted by the Public Movement of Youth "Kamolot". This year, he created the developing constructor “Deviser” for children interested in technology.
- The proposed project consists of 123 elements, from which children can collect a traffic light, smart flashlight, electronic piano, decoy, electronic scarecrow, in a word, more than 20 items with moving elements. Recently I received a scholarship "Kamolot" for this project. The most gifted and inventive youth of our country participates in the science week.
Within the framework of the week, there will be seminars-trainings on the topics "Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Objects", "Preparation and Implementation of Fundamental, Applied and Innovative Projects".
