Briefly about the mechanism of work:
Nextseq 2000 is a high-performance next-generation sequence reading system that uses Illumina's patented SBS (sequencing by synthesis) technology. This technology uses fluorinated dyes corresponding to the four main nucleotides, and one nucleotide is introduced for each cycle.  NextSeq 2000 uses a fast and reliable data reading method to process large amounts of data. In addition, optical and image recognition systems allow high-resolution data collection. NextSeq 2000 has the ability to store and use data from a cloud server or local computer and works in harmony with the Illumina basespace sequence Hub system.
